Brain, body, mind and more?
Contemporary neuroscience understanding resilience, expression, creativiy and connection. Our nervous system is what creates our whole reality. It literally shapes how we experience life, which is why it affects and influences literally everything we do. It affects how stressed we feel at work, how we deal with difficult life situations, how efficient we can work as a team, how successfull we can become in our professional and private life. It does influence our family life, friendships and relationships, how and when we eat, what we are dependent, how our emotional landscape is, how resilient we are and how we prefer to express ourselves verbally, through actions or through art, colors or clothes. It does that not only individually, but also collectivly.
Group intelligence, successful team work, spiritual experiences and overcoming hard times are the result of a collectively tuned nervous system.Understanding the immense power we hold in our own bodies and minds, how finely tuned it is with a world that operates on a quantum level and how we can influence it to create a better world, healthier and happier people and use it to collectivle process and move through life and events that shake our societies, this is why I do what I do.

Questions that guide my work
How does the nervous system shape perception of our experience?
Why does witnessing others experiences change our understanding of the world and ourselves?
What makes groups become more than the sum of their parts?
Why do colours, film, theatre , art pieces make us feel?
How can we accesss the part of our nervous system that is bigger than the individual?

Working with the nervous system
Working with the nervous system is not a one size fits all approach. Each brain carries its own unique wiring and therefore , although based on the same neuroscientific and biological principles, working with the individual as well as the collective nervous system can look very different from situation to situation.Another misconception about the nervous system is, that a healthy nervous system is always calm. This is not true. Intensity is part of life and it is important for pivotal points in life. Here we look at your unique wiring and offer a bespoke approach to working with your nervous system. The four pillars of our work are:
Ways to work together
> Private Consultations (Nervous System Mapping and Long Term Integration)
> Workshops and consulting that apply neuroscience to leadership, collaboration and relational culture
> Creative & Cultural Collaborations by applying neuroscience to artistic processes, performance and immersive experiences.

You may be wondering
Dysregulated or well adapted?
In our current world it is not easy to distinguish between the two states anymore. A world that is created to hijack our neutransmitter sytems so we want to consume more, does inevitably cause an imbalance, while responses that would be called dysregulated are natural responses and a sign of a healthy functioning nervous system to an external overstimulating world.A dysregulated nervous system, and being regulated are buzz phrases making their rounds on social media and news. While it is amazing, that we speak more about the nervous system and its importance in our lifes, the posts, videos and blog entries are neither therapy, nor in most cases academic research. Through trends on social media the concepts can become blurred and the understanding of these words change to what they truly mean. Here we do not work with a concept of a nervous system being wrong, broken or needing to be fixed. We are working with the entirety of what it means to be human.
Or still have this question
Medicine, Performance enhancer or Art?
In the western mind we tend to need specific descriptions and categories for life and professionalism to make sense. However, our nervous system is the base of it alland therefore all of it at once.
Learning how to understand, respond and work with you nervous system is a form of art itself, but it will impact and enhance your mental health and your physical health. It will enhance your performance in whatever you are trying to archieve, make you more resilient to stress and prime you for the best outcomes.
It will also make you wanting to create more, do more, be more.
Because after all, we are not a singular entity. Neither are the things we do and spend our time with disconnected from each other.
